I grew up in the once small town of Katy, Texas when the land was abundant and the rice farms were the scenery. I have worked in Houston, in the downtown area, as a Legal Assistant for 25 years and lived in Santa Fe for 28 years. I have watched Santa Fe grow and change as Houston continues to move this way. Where there once were large ranches surrounding the area, ranchette and residential subdivisions now encompass the City of Santa Fe. I am familiar with the Santa Fe, Alvin, Hitchcock and Manvel areas in Galveston County; Katy, Sugar Land, Stafford and Richmond areas in Fort Bend County, and Brazoria, Angleton, and Lake Jackson in Brazoria County as well as rural areas in these counties.
